3 x 12 Single-Arm Landmine Row

3 x 10ea Deadbugs

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of:

5 Calories Air Bike

20 (10ea) Alternating Arm Kettlebell Swing (25/35)

10 Burpees

10 Dumbbell Push Press (15/20/25)
