3 x 10 Landmine 1/2 Rep Front Squat

3 x 10 Dumbbell Single-Arm High Row

3 x 12 Weighted Sit-ups

 

Conditioning: Complete for time:

21 - 15 - 9:

Wall Ball (12/16)

Dumbbell Clean (15/20/25)

Jump Squat

 

In between each round, Sled Pull/Push
