FFP Running Club - Saturday (8-5-17)

We will be meeting at 7:30 am at the Great Bridge Stadium. See you there! 

 

Workout and goal times are listed below. Effort for each rep should be an RPE 8.5-9.

 

  • Group A: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 4 x (200m ON, 200m OFF)

                                       200's ON @ 1:10-1:20, 200m OFF @ Easy

                     Stairs - 4 x 1:30 min FAST

 

  • Group B: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down.

                     Workout: 4 x (200m ON, 200m OFF) 

                                       200's ON @ 0:55-1:09, 200's OFF @ Easy

                      Stairs - 4 x 1:30 min FAST  

  • Group C: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 5 x (200m ON, 200m OFF)                    

                                        200's ON @ 0:44-0:54, 200's OFF @ Easy

                      Stairs - 4 x 1:30 min FAST

  • Group D: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 5 x (200m ON, 200m OFF)

                                       200's ON @ 0:35-0:43, 200's OFF @ Easy

                    Stairs - 4 x 1:30 min FAST
