4x5 Barbell Overhead Press

4x8 Barbell Split Squats

 

Accessory: Rest 60sec between sets.

3x10 Reverse Hyper

3x12 Ring Rows

3x12-15ea Crab Toe Touches

 

Conditioning: Partner Workout! You can split reps as desired. Both Partners must be working simultaneously. 2 Rounds for time.

2 Rope Sled Pull/Pull - BW Squats

40 Kettlebell Swings - Battle Ropes

30 Wall Ball - Plank
