FFP Running Club - Wednesday (8-9-17)


It's been a little while since we've done one - progression run tonight! Should be a great night for a run!



1) Pre-run warm-up


2) Progression Run: Everyone has a 45 minute progression run. Start run at leisure pace, every five minutes - pick up place slightly. By the end, you should be slightly under 5k pace. Use last 5 minutes to cool-down. Let's make the last 5-10 minutes of the progression a little "uncomfortable."


  • Group A (13:00+) 
  • Group B (11:00-13:00)
  • Group C (9:00 - 11:00)
  • Group D (-9:00)


3) Post-run stretch
