4x3 Trap Bar/ Conventional Deadlift

4x3 Barbell Bench Press


Accessory: Rest 60 sec between sets

3 x 10ea Front Loaded Walking Lunges

3 x 10ea Single-Arm Ring Row

3 x 30 sec Hollow Body Hold/Rock



In 6:00, complete as many rounds as possible of:

10 Barbell Thruster (45/55/65)

10 Slam Ball Shoulder (35/45)


Rest 1:00, then in 6:00, complete as many rounds as possible of:

1 Trip Sled Push

2 Laps Around Building

10 Jump Squats


Add rounds completed from part one and part two to get your final tally.
