Group Training - Wednesday (8-9-17)

Strength:

4 x 3 Sumo Deadlift

4 x 4 Paused Push-ups (add weight if floor is too easy)

 

Accessory:

3 x 10ea Step Ups

3 x 12 Three Point Row

3 x 10ea Alternating V-Ups

 

Conditioning: Max rounds in 12:00. Start with two reps for each exercise and add two reps each round.

Slam Ball Shoulder

30 Sec Russian Twist
