Accessory: Rest 60sec between sets.

3x10 GHD Back Extension/Reverse Hyper (can add weight)

3x12 Lateral Raises

3x30-45sec Plank

 

Conditioning: Max Rounds 15:00

D&B Resisted Sprints

20 (10ea) Partner Sit ups

12 Partner Burpees

Partner Reaching Plank
