4x3 Trap Bar/ Conventional Deadlift

4x3 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between sets

3 x 10ea Reverse Lunges

3 x 10ea Single-Arm Ring Rows

3 x max V-ups

 

Conditioning: 3 rounds for time 21-15-9 Reps.

Burpees

Dumbbell Squat to Press (15/20/25) 

Slam Ball Throw Behind (25/35)

D&B Cradle Carry (35/45)
