FFP Running Club - Saturday (8-19-17)

Get ready to crush some 600s!! Workout and goal times are listed below. Effort for each rep should be an RPE 9.

 

  • Group A: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 3 x 600m with 200m walk between each 

                                       600's @ 3:10-3:40

 

  • Group B: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.5 mile cool-down.

                     Workout:  4 x 600m with 200m slow jog between each

                                       600's @ 2:45-3:10

  

  • Group C: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 5 x 600m with 200m jog between each

                                       600's @ 2:19-2:44

  

  • Group D: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 1 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 6 x 600m with 200m jog between each

                                       600's @ 1:52-2:18
