FFP Running Club - Saturday (8-26-17)

Workout and goal times are listed below. See everyone at 7:30 at the track! Let's crush these 1200s!

 

  • Group A: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 2 x 1200m with 2 min rest, Goal: 7:30-8:45

                                       

  • Group B: 0.75 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 0.75 mile cool-down.

                     Workout:  3 x 1200m with 2 min rest, Goal: 6:15-7:30

  

  • Group C: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 1 mile cool-down. 

                     Workout: 3-4 x 1200m with 90 sec rest, Goal: 5:00-6:15                                      

  

  • Group D: 1 mile warm-up, drills, workout, 1 mile cool-down.

                    Workout: 4 x 1200m with 90 sec rest, Goal: 3:45-5:00
