Accessory:

3 x 20 Pin Squats

3 x 20 Band Pull-Aparts

3 x 10ea Alternating Toe Touches

 

Conditioning: Max rounds in 6:00:

5 Burpees

5 Push-ups

5 V-Ups

 

Then, max rounds in 6:00 of:

10 Kettlebell Swing

10 Box Jump

10 BW Squat
