Then, with remaining time, complete as many rounds as possible of:

30 sec Hollow Body

10 Med Ball Sit-ups

30 sec Prone Cobra

 

Mobility:

Wall Piriformis Stretch

Couch Stretch

Half-Kneeling Lat Stretch

Kneeling Adductor Stretch
