2) Group Run + Strides (Guess who made this one ;) )

  • Group A: 40 minutes @ Easy Pace (13:00+)
  • Group B: 40 Minutes @ Easy Pace (11:00-13:00)
  • Group C: 40 Minutes @ Easy Pace (9:00-11:00)
  • Group D: 40 Minutes @ Easy Pace (sub 9:00)

THEN... 6x100m strides


3)Post-run stretch.
