4 x 10 Dumbbell Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 12 Good Mornings

3 x 12 Dumbbell Bench Press

3 x 30sec Flutter Kicks

 

Conditioning: 3 Rounds for time (if you stop, your time stops.)

0:30 Jumping Battle Rope

0:30 Jump Squat

0:30 Crab Toe Touches
