4 x 10ea Walking Lunges

4 x 10ea Dumbbell/KB Single-Arm Row

 

Accessory:

3 x 20 Goblet Squats

3 x 20 Chest Supported Lat Raises

3 x 10ea Dead Bugs

 

Conditioning: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off (use 30 sec to switch stations) for 15 minutes:

Front Loaded Carry

Jumping Jacks

Mountain Climbers

Farmer Carry

Slam Ball Shoulder
