4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between sets

3 x 8-10 Eccentric GHR

3 x 12 Dumbbell Close Grip Bench Press

3 x 10ea Deadbugs

 

Conditioning: Max rounds in 15:00 of:

1 Lap Slam Ball Carry

30 sec Battle Ropes

30 sec Mountain Climbers 

15 Goblet Squat
