Strength:

4 x 8 Barbell Box Squat

4 x 8 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between sets

3 x 15-20 Physio/Rage Ball Leg Curl

3 x 10 1 1/2 Rep Bench Press

3 x 10 Bench Leg Raises

 

Conditioning: 21-15-9 of:

Slam Ball Shoulder

Reverse Lunges (ea leg)

Dumbbell Curl to Press
