Group Training - Wednesday (9-13-17)

Strength:

4 x 8 Barbell Paused Back Squat

4 x 8 Band Pull-ups

 

Accessory:

3 x 15-20 Hip Thrust

3 x 10 Paused Push-ups

3 x D&B Suitcase Carry

 

Conditioning: 30 sec on/15 sec off for 4 rounds at each station. Then switch stations.

Wall Ball

Dumbbell Clean 

Wall Sit
