Accessory: Rest 60 sec between rounds

3 x 10 Barbell Sumo Goodmorning

3 x 10 Barbell Floor Press

3 x 10ea Stir the Pot

 

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time of (if you stop, your 0:30 sec stops):

0:30 Bear Crawl

0:30 Mountain Climbers

0:30 Plank Walk-ups

0:30 Split Squat Jumps
