4x7 Barbell Reverse Grip Row

 

Accessory:

3x10ea Single-Leg RDL

3x12 Push-ups/Pin

3x30 sec Plank/Weighted

 

Conditioning: As many rounds in 6:00 as possible:

12 Wall Ball

12 Slam Ball Throw Behind

12 V-ups

 

Rest 1:00, then as many in 6:00 as possible:

20 sec Battle Ropes

D&B Farmer Carry

15 Jump Squats
