Strength:

4 x 7 Jefferson Deadlift

4 x 7 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory:

3 x 15 Pin Squats

3 x 15 Seated Band Row

3 x 10ea Shoulder Tap Plank

 

Conditioning: As many rounds as you can in 15:00. Add 2 Reps each round (Except Inverted Rows):

2 Slam Ball Shoulders

2 Kettle Bell Swings

2 Reverse Lunges

10 Inverted Rows
