Conditioning: Complete 3 rounds for time of (or 15:00 whichever comes first) of:

D&B Sled Rope Pull/Push (Pull sled to you with rope, then push it back using low bars)

12 Slam Ball Slam

15 V-Ups

30 Sec Mountain Climbers
