Group Training - Thursday (9-28-17)

Strength:

4 x 7 Jefferson Deadlift

4 x 7 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory:

3 x 12 Paused Pin Squats

3 x 12 Reverse Grip (Supinated) Ring Row

3 x 10 Bench Leg Raises

 

Conditioning: 40 sec on, 20 sec off. Use the 20 sec to switch stations. Complete 3 full rounds.

Air Bike

Incline Treadmill Run (12% incline)

Battle Ropes

Push-ups (incline/pin if needed)

Fast Step-ups
