Strength:

4 x 5 Jefferson Deadlift

4 x 5 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory:

3 x 10 Paused Goblet Squat

3 x 10 Landmine Row (w/attachment)

3 x 30-45sec Side Plank

 

Conditioning: Tabata 20 sec on/10 off for 5 rounds at each station:

Squat Jumps

Lateral Moving Plank

Bear Crawl

Russian Twists

Kettlebell Swing
