3 x 6 Elevator Squats

3 x 10ea Alternating Row

3 x 10ea Oblique Raises

 

Conditioning: Partner up! Work simultaneously to get all the reps in together for 2 rounds.

2 x Rope Sled Pull/Push - Constant Tension Squats

40 Double Kettle Bell Deadlift - Air Bike

40 Push Press - V-ups
