Strength:

4x5 Back Squat

4x5 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between each set

3x12 Dumbbell Bench Press

3x12ea Single leg Romanian Deadlift

3x D&B Front Loaded Carry

 

Conditioning: Start with 2 reps and add 2 reps each round. (Except Ropes and Air Bike) As many as you can in 12 minutes.

Slam Ball Shoulder

30 Sec Ropes

Jump Squats

30 Sec Sled Pull/Push

V-Ups
