1) Partner Harness Sprints - 2:00 each

 

2) 2 rounds of:

0:30 Jumping Battle Ropes

0:30 rest

0:30 SA DB Snatch

0:30 rest

 

3) 4 minutes of:

50ft Lateral Moving Plank

10 Barbell Push Press
