4x5 Pendlay Row

 

Accessory: Rest 60 sec between each set

3x12 Pin Pushups

3x12ea Front Loaded Bulgarian S.S.

3xD&B Suit Case Carry

 

Conditioning: 3 rounds EMOM. Once each exercise is complete, use the remaining time in the minute to switch stations.

15 Slam Ball Slams

40 Sec Crab Walks

10 cal Air Bike

40 Sec Plank

12 Kettle Bell Swings
