Strength:

4 x 5 Weighted Step Ups 

4 x 5 Band/BW Paused Pull Ups

 

Accessory:

3x12 Dumbbell Arnold Press

3x5ea 3-Direction Lunges

3x10ea Stir the Pot

 

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds in 7:00 as possible:

5 Burpees

10 Slam Ball Shoulder

10 V-Ups

 

Rest 1:00, then,

Complete as many rounds in 7:00 as possible:

5 Burpees

10 Kettlebell Swing

10ea Russian Twists

 

Add rounds from part 1 and part 2 together. Write your total rounds on the board.
