Strength:

4 x 6ea Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 6ea Single-Arm Dumbbell Bench Press

 

Accessory:

3 x 12 Paused Ring Row

3 x 12 Barbell Sumo RDL

3 x 30-60sec Plank

 

Conditioning: 30 sec on/15 sec off for 4 rounds at each station. Then switch stations.

Arms Only Air Bike

Wall Ball

Frog Jump 

DB Push Press
