Strength:

4 x 5ea Bulgarian Split Squat

4 x 5ea Single-Arm Dumbbell Bench Press

 

Accessory:

A)

3 x 10 Dumbbell Row

3 x 15-20 Physio Ball Leg Curl

B)

3 x max Reverse Crunches

3 x 15 Seated Band Row

 

Conditioning: As many rounds as possible in 8:00. Add 2 Reps each round (Except squats):

2 Slam Ball Shoulders

2 Wall Ball

10 Jump/BW Squats
