4 x 3 Barbell Bench Press

 

Accessory:

A)

3 x 12 Barbell Reverse Grip Row

3 x 10ea Weighted Step-ups

B)

3 x 10ea Band Pallof Twist

3 x D&B Farmer Carry (Heavy)

 

Conditioning:

Max rounds in 3:00, rest 1:00, then max rounds again for 3:00. Add number of rounds completed from both 3:00 segments. This is your total rounds for the day.
