Calorie Burn - Tuesday (12-5-17)

Part 1:

Split the reps between you and your partner. While one partner is completing his/her reps of the main exercise (i.e. Jump Squats), the other partner is completing is completing the other exercise the entire time (i.e Hollow Body).

Complete 2 full rounds:

40 Jump Squats - Hollow Body

4 Trips Sled Pull/Push - Battle Ropes

40 Kettlebell Swings - Medicine Ball Situps


Part 2:



Double Kettlebell Deadlift


With any remaining time, complete max rounds of:

1 Lap Around Building

15 Ring Row



Couch Stretch

Pigeon Pose

Downward Dog

Band Lat Stretch
